Christina
Founder & Lead Recruiter
Christina began her recruitment career shortly after completing her degree in 2005. After building experience in Health and Social Care, she moved to London and joined an international think tank and advisory services company in London focussed on mainstreaming sustainability into organisational thinking and practice. Inspired by this work, she undertook extensive volunteering and travel across Asia Pacific and decided to combine her recruitment and charity experience and has since spent 13 years in the for-purpose sector working with and recruiting for NGOs.
Christina has successfully recruited Senior Leadership roles in Fundraising, Philanthropy, Marketing and Communications and Operations and is recognised as a leader in the industry, partnering with a variety of purpose-led organisations from coordinator to Executive level.
Christina launched Cause Recruitment with a genuine passion to harness her recruitment expertise and contribute to the for-purpose sector whilst adding value to organisations that make an impact in the world.
Darren
Finance
Darren B.Bus FIPA FFA. Having graduated from the University of Technology Sydney and worked in both small and mid-tier accountancy firms, Darren provides a tailored and proactive approach.
With over 30 years’ experience, he brings a degree of personalised care that goes well beyond the “one size fits all” production line service to Cause Recruitment.
Darren is a Qualified Tax Accountant, Registered Tax Agent and a member of both the Institute of Public Accountants and the National Tax and Accountants Association.
